What's covered?
  • $50 benefit available per incident

How much will will this program cost? All benefits are free for the first 30 days, then you will be billed a $3 monthly membership fee.
How will I be billed? There's no additional bill to pay; your monthly membership fee will be included in your Alltel invoice.
How do contact Roadside Assistance? Simply call 1-877-387-8766 or #TOW from your Alltel phone.                 
Who pays the service provider? We pay the service provider for covered expenses, up to your benefit limit of $50 per incident. Any additional costs/expenses will be the member's responsibility.
What else should I know? Coverage follows your phone, not your vehicle.  You must have your wireless phone with you at the time of coverage.
How soon am I covered?  Coverage becomes effective 72 business hours after your enrollment.
Hours of operation?  Roadside assistance is available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
